My Donor Matching at Leeds Fertility included blood tests etc but when it came to actually finding the donor, that was all down to me.
I remember thinking well what am I paying for really if I have to do all the leg work!
I can however say that Donor Matching at Manchester Fertility is completely what I expected it to be at the first time and using double donor I’ve dealt with both the Egg Donation and Sperm Donation teams.
What has been great is that I tell the team(s) what I am looking for and then they get back to me with potential match(es) I don’t do anything they do it for me!
It has made the donor choosing SO much easier, but also having been through it once before, I’ve really listened to my “gut feeling” more this time
By using Manchester Fertility and using their Egg and Sperm banks I knew that my donors would more than likely be UK based and I didn’t have to worry about shipping costs too! Which have been a nightmare since COVID!
